Every product we ship from Spokane Valley, Washington is prepared with diligence and heart. I stand by the quality of my handmade goods and want you to feel good about every purchase. If something falls short of your expectations, I invite you to reach out so I can make it right.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, we cannot accept returns, as we believe in setting clear boundaries that honor both our customers and our small business sustainability.

How to Begin a Return
Email me at Sarah@rewilding-realestate.com with your order number and reason for return.
I’ll provide clear instructions for sending your item(s) back.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake (such as sending the wrong item or a product arriving damaged).
Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please contact us within the 30-day window. I’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Just email me at Sarah@rewilding-realestate.com.
