This session explores co-ownership as a path to affordable homeownership, examining how pooling resources with others can open doors that solo buying can't. Members discuss the practical realities of shared property — from financing to logistics — to weigh whether co-buying fits their own path forward.
As the holidays bring rich food and full schedules, this class focuses on eating clean without sacrificing seasonal joy, paired with hands-on gift making. Members leave with strategies for healthier holiday eating and handmade gifts ready for the season.
